Passes & Tickets

To meet your needs best, we’ve designed three types of festival passes for our guests. Conference + Festival Passes grant access (in addition to the music festival) to the TMW conference and networking opportunities for creative companies, organizations and individuals. Festival Passes and Priority Passes involve everything else besides the industry and conference programme.

Priority Pass

Grants priority access to all festival venues without queues and gives an exclusive insight into the festival.

TMW Priority Pass grants:

• Priority access to all festival venues without queues
• An invitation to the festival’s opening concert
• Access to a personal help line (email and phone number) to guide you through the festival programme with personalised programme recommendations and bookings to special events
• Discounts at TMW Tastes restaurants and special events

Conference + Festival Pass

Conference + Festival Pass grants access to TMW conference and networking events together with priority access to the venues of the music festival. This also includes delegate’s catalogue and other materials plus special offers throughout the festival. The official conference and delegates’ hotel is Nordic Hotel Forum, special offers on accommodation only for registered delegates available at the web store.

Conference + Festival Pass includes:

• Access to all the conference seminars and discussion panels
• Priority access to the venues of the music festival
• Delegate’s catalogue and materials
• Access to online delegate area on MyTMW which includes full contact details for Tallinn Music Week delegates
• Special offers at TMW Tastes restaurant programme

Conference Pass

There are also separate conference passes on sale: 2-day pass that is only valid for the 2-day conference programme for €175 and a 1-day conference pass for each of the days for €100.

Festival Pass

Festival Pass grants access to all the clubs and venues in the music showcase programme and includes special offers within other festival programmes. In case the venue is sold out entry will be granted on the first-come-first-served basis. Keep in mind that if the venue is overcrowded, access will not be guaranteed.

Please note that the festival pass does not grant entry to the following events for which you need a separate ticket:
TMW 2018 Opening Concert, 5 April at the Russian Culture Center, Tallinn
TMW special events.

TMW10! Telliskivi Pass

Telliskivi Pass grants access to all events happening in Telliskivi Creative City provided that the venue is not sold out. Telliskivi Pass must be exchanged for the festival wristband either at TMW info desk or at the ticket booth for Telliskivi Creative City’s concerts.

Single Tickets

Single Tickets to TMW events will be available from Estonian ticket provider Piletilevi in February 2018. Single Ticket grants a single entry access to a specific club on a specific day noted on the ticket. Single Ticket will guarantee you priority access to the particular venue. The ticket loses its validity when leaving the venue.

Terms and Conditions

All passes – Conference + Festival Pass, Festival Pass and Priority Pass – must be exchanged for a Tallinn Music Week wristband.

All TMW passes grant access to all venues of TMW. Conference + Festival Pass and Priority Pass owners will have priority access to all festival venues without queues. In case a particular venue is sold out, Festival Pass owners will be granted access on the first-come-first-served basis.

Telia clients can buy up to 2 TMW Priority Passes with a special discount code, up to 2 festival passes and up to 2 joint passes of the conference and festival. Telia clients can also buy discounted single tickets. The 20% discount applies to pre-bought tickets.
